What is AHA and How AHA can help you?
- Assistance to the patient or patient's family is done through a cell phone. Personal services include comprehensive information on the inpatient administration process through direct telephone calls
- Assistance in the inpatient administration process since the individual individual health insurance customer is registered to undergo inpatient at Allianz and Admedika hospital partners until the end of the hospitalization period.
- 24-hour service at partner hospitals throughout Indonesia. Allianz Hospital Assistant has a medical background and is ready to serve customers anytime.
Allianz Hospital Assistant (AHA) is the newest service from PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia which was launched on 24 January 2017. This service is for individual health insurance customers who are inpatient at Allianz and Admedika hospital partners in Indonesia.

The Background and the reason for the launch of the Allianz Hospital Assistant is that there are often times when you as a client will and are currently undergoing hospital treatment, which often makes the patient and his family confused.
Yet when you or your family members are sick of course your focus and the family wants to get the maximum possible treatment so it can heal as quickly as possible. But sometimes hospital administration procedures stress you out so that it can affect your healing process.
Therefore, PT Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia (as a provider of life and health insurance services that focus on meeting the needs of customers) with PT Administrasi Medika (Admedika), pioneered services that will enhance the convenience of customers when undergoing official hospitalization launched this Allianz Hospital Assistant (AHA).
AHA is a via mobile phone service as a personal assistant to assist the administration of individual health insurance customers Allianz who is being hospitalized. Through the AHA service, customers will get more comfort while in the hospital so they can focus on the healing process.
Each customer will be accompanied by a dedicated personal assistant who will accompany before, during, and after hospitalization. In an emergency, customers can also call for help.
In this service, the customer or guardian of the customer will be contacted by the Allianz Hospital Assistant officers personally by cellular phone for information that begins with the success or failure of the administration process, guarantee status and termination of stay. If the patient or patient's family normally contacts the hospital and follows the procedure from entry until the patient is cured, then this time Allianz will meet those needs.
After the customer or the guardian of the client performs the hospitalization administration in the hospital which has been working with AdMedika, the officers from Allianz Hospital Assistant will contact personally by phone and also SMS.
The officer will offer assistance regarding the administration, the status of the underwriting, until the expiration of the inpatient. So customers or family just stay focused on the process of treatment and healing. AHA who will handle the administrative part.
